About the Role
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about the claims landscape and helping support the claims department. You’ll be the key support person handling multiple tasks. In this role you will
• Key a high volume of claims into the system from all submission channels within the same
day they are received
• Communicate appropriate information to internal and external customers by monitoring and
communicating through e-mail, text and Zendesk
• Assist with claims phone calls
• Attach/Split documents in accordance with claims procedures
• Process and deliver all appropriate letters, forms, and correspondence to appropriate parties
• Create and assign diaries
• Review reports for claim intake accuracy and make timely corrections
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
• Participate in departmental, company, and team meetings as needed
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1+ years of claims experience/exposure preferred
• Ability to operate independently and effectively
• Ability to manage time effectively and the skill to organize and prioritize tasks to be
completed as part of a fast-paced position
• Possess strong computer skills
• Possess strong customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using internet/online based software
• Prior Experience with our systems (preferred)

- This position is for full time, remote work
- $52,000 - $57,000 Salary ranges are used in good faith, depends on experience and are subject to change
